Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Build long-term financial plans, evaluate business growth, and guide investments.
Financial Operations: Oversee budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and daily financial tasks.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance, accounting, and payroll departments.
Risk & Capital Management: Evaluate financial liabilities, secure funding, and manage debt or equity structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business. Master's degree (MBA) or certifications like CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
Experience: 10 to 15+ years of progressive financial work, including senior leadership roles.
Core Competencies: Expert data analysis, strong leadership, clear communication, and deep knowledge of corporate finance.
