Job Description:

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit-loss reports, and balance sheets.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and direct the daily operations of the accounting department staff.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure all financial practices match local tax regulations, GAAP, or IFRS standards, and coordinate internal/external audits.
Budgeting & Control: Monitor cash flow, track expenses against budgets, and reconcile bank accounts.
 
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent designation preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software, advanced Excel, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
