Job Description:

Responsibilities
Partner Ecosystem Growth: Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value system integrators and cybersecurity value-added resellers (VARs).
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Build and execute joint business and marketing plans with key regional channel partners. 
Sales Enablement: Conduct product training, deliver technical-commercial pitches, and co-sell IAM/identity security use cases with partner sales teams. 
Pipeline & Revenue Management: Forecast sales, track metrics, manage Market Development Funds (MDF), and drive deal registration programs. 
Relationship & Conflict Resolution: Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and resolve channel conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration. 
Core Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of B2B channel sales, alliance management, or business development experience within the cybersecurity or enterprise IT infrastructure space. 
Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or adjacent enterprise security solutions. 
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and joint-selling capabilities with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
