Job Description:
Responsibilities
- P&L & Strategic Management: Own the Profit and Loss for the division. Develop short- and long-term business strategies, revenue forecasts, and pricing frameworks.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by acquiring enterprise clients, government contracts, or expanding into new markets (e.g., hospitality, education, or media).
- Channel & Distribution: Oversee go-to-market strategies across multiple channels, including direct B2B sales, e-commerce, and offline premium retail/distributor networks.
- Operations & Project Delivery: Ensure successful execution of audio-visual (AV) projects, product launches, or broadcast services. Oversee engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of sales directors, project managers, and technical specialists.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiate strategic partnerships and procurement deals with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
Key Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in managing P&L, negotiating high-value commercial contracts, and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of AV technologies, system integration, live events, or streaming ecosystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional executive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for handling cross-functional teams.
