Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and cold calling/networking.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
    .
Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, preparing, and delivering persuasive pitches and proposals.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis: Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Working with internal teams (marketing, product, account management) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, typically 2+ years.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
