Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
     Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
    .
Market Research: Analyzing competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Pitching & Negotiation: Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and negotiating contract terms.
CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate client data in CRM systems and reporting on sales metrics.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (often 1–4+ years).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, network effectively, and handle objections.
