Job Description:

• Daily Supervision: Oversee daily routines, including wake-up calls, mealtimes, study hours, and lights-out.
• Safety & Security: Monitor premises to ensure a safe environment and enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or incidents.
• Discipline & Conduct: Maintain order and enforce the organization's code of conduct. This includes managing minor behavioral issues and reporting serious infractions to senior management.
• Health & Welfare: Monitor the physical and emotional health of the boys, coordinating medical care when necessary and providing basic emotional support.
• Activity Coordination: Plan and supervise extracurricular activities, sports, or team-building events to foster social development.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes among residents and address grievances fairly to maintain a harmonious living or learning space.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and logs of daily activities or student progress. 
   

• Leadership: Ability to inspire respect, lead by example, and manage groups effectively.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with youth, parents, and administrative staff.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to handle emergencies or unexpected behavioral challenges.
• Empathy & Patience: Understanding the developmental needs of boys and young men.
• Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree, often in fields like Social Work, Education, or Psychology
