Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintaining personnel records, filing documents, updating HRIS databases, and preparing reports.
- Recruitment Assistance: Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates

Onboarding & Orientation: Preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and guiding new hires through paperwork.
Employee Relations & Benefits: Responding to employee questions, assisting with benefits enrollment, and supporting payroll processing.
Compliance: Ensuring all employee files are compliant with current labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to record-keeping and data entry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
