Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 
🌿 Assist the Buyer in supplier negotiations, product sourcing, and purchase order management.
 🌿 Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across E-commerce and Cash & Carry stores.
 🌿 Analyze sales performance, customer demand, and market trends to support buying decisions.
 🌿 Coordinate with marketing to create engaging product content and promotions.
 🌿 Ensure timely product availability while resolving supply chain and inventory challenges.
 🌿 Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
 🌿 Support merchandising strategies and seasonal buying plans.
 🌿 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
 🌿 Deliver excellent customer support by addressing product-related queries and feedback.
 
What We're Looking For:
 
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 ✔️ 1–2 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, or Procurement.
 ✔️ Experience in the Garden, Home Improvement, Home Décor, DIY, or Retail industry is preferred.
 ✔️ Good understanding of buying processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
 ✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
 ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
 ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
 ✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
