Job Description:

• Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of both civil (structure, foundation) and architectural (finishes, materials, interior/exterior) works.
• Compliance: Ensure all construction aligns with approved blueprints, technical specifications, and local building codes.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, or monthly inspection reports, logs, and punch lists.
• Quality Control: Monitor material quality and workmanship, identifying defects or non-conformance (NCR) to initiate corrective action.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical site issues.
• Safety Monitoring: Ensure site safety practices are followed and report hazards. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction inspection, preferably with knowledge of both architectural finishes and structural engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, utilizing AutoCAD/Revit, and measuring tools (laser measurers).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, local building codes, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication for reporting non-conformities.
