Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Assess skin types and concerns, review medical histories, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Cosmetic Procedures: Administer injectables (like Botox and dermal fillers), chemical peels, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Patient Care: Prepare clients for procedures, provide pre- and post-treatment education, and monitor for potential adverse reactions.
- Clinical Maintenance: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, infection control, and medical safety regulations.
- Documentation: Keep detailed patient records, including tracking progress, taking before/and after photos, and logging medications.
Typical Requirements
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered nursing license (e.g., RN or Nurse Practitioner).
- Specialized Training: Certifications in administering botulinum toxins and dermal fillers, often through professional academies.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills: Strong communication, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a steady hand.
