Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash, credit card collections, and delivery app payouts with Point of Sale (POS) reports (e.g., Micros, Toast).
Cost & Inventory Control: Monitor food and beverage cost percentages, track stock movements, oversee physical inventory counts, and analyze variances between theoretical and actual usage.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders against goods received notes, and manage vendor payment schedules. 
Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly profit-and-loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and management accounts. 
Budgeting & Compliance: Assist in financial forecasting, monitor operating expenses against budgets, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (like GST/VAT). 
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of general accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B supply chain sector.
Software Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel and accounting platforms like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory cycles, wastage control, and recipe costing.
