Job Description:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain general ledgers for multiple entities (LLCs, trusts, personal accounts), process accounts payable (bill payments), and perform bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage daily cash flow, monitor liquidity, and execute wire transfers.
• Tax & Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors to prepare tax returns, manage tax payments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Personal/Household Support: Manage personal expense reports, credit card allocations, and household employee payroll.
• Investment Tracking: Record investment transactions, track capital calls, and reconcile custodian statements. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 2–5+ years in accounting, CPA or CPA track preferred.
• Software: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: High level of discretion/confidentiality, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple entities, and exceptional attention to detail.
