Job Description:

• Accounting & Finance:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC) and assist with tax audits.
  • Generate MIS reports, expense reports, and maintain petty cash.
• Administration:
  • Manage office supplies, stationary, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate vendor management and facilitate payments.
  • Handle office communication (emails, phone calls) and reception duties.
  • Manage staff attendance, documentation, and on-boarding assistance.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Busy and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
