Job Description:

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and approve invoices for accuracy, matching them with purchase orders (POs) and receiving documents.
• Payment Execution: Process vendor payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH, ensuring compliance with payment terms to maximize discounts.
• Reconciliation & Records: Reconcile vendor statements and AP transactions to the general ledger, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, resolving payment, billing, and invoice inquiries.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls; assist with month-end/year-end closing and audits.
• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate vendor master data and update payment information in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

• Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or Accountant, typically 1–3 years.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and matching, essential for preventing overpayments or errors.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for vendor communication and internal collaboration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
