Job Description:
Responsibilities
Concept & Design: Sketch and ideate modern, classic, or custom luxury decorative lighting, including massive chandeliers and wall sconces.
3D Modeling & Rendering: Build precise 3D assets and deliver photorealistic visualizations for client presentations.
Technical Documentation: Produce production-ready technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and scaling layouts.
Material Expertise: Select and specify components using glass, brass, crystals, metals, and alternative finishes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams to ensure designs are viable and cost-effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of tools like Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, and rendering engines (KeyShot or V-Ray).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical/LED integration, hanging physics, structural load limits, and assembly for lighting systems.
