Job Description:

• Receiving & Inspection: Unloading, counting, verifying, and labeling incoming stock against purchase orders; reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Inventory Management: Organizing stock efficiently in designated locations, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory records (both manual and computerized).
• Storage & Organization: Storing items securely, optimizing space, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Issuance & Dispatch: Issuing, packing, and dispatching materials to departments or customers, ensuring proper documentation.
• Stock Control: Conducting regular physical inventory counts, reconciling stock with records, and monitoring stock levels to initiate replenishment orders.
• Maintenance & Security: Cleaning, maintaining equipment, and securing the storage area to prevent theft or damage. 
   

• Knowledge: Knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and ability to operate warehouse equipment
