Job Description:

• Developer Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers to get early access to inventory, pricing, and project updates.
• Client Advisory: Guide investors on market trends, capital appreciation potential, and ROI analysis.
• Sales & Negotiation: Actively secure sales, negotiate payment plans, and finalize purchase agreements (SPAs).
• Marketing & Promotion: Utilize marketing tools to promote new projects and showcase properties via virtual tours or showrooms.
• Market Analysis: Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive projects and local property legislation.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales performance metrics. 
   

• Experience: Previous real estate experience, with a focus on project sales or investment consultancy.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent closing skills and ability to manage high-value transactions.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of real estate market trends, specifically in off-plan developments.
• Professionalism: Motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English (and often other languages like Arabic or Russian in markets like Dubai) is often required.
