Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Delivery: Manage program-level roadmaps, delivery timelines, milestones, and dependencies for machine learning and AI model development lifecycles.
Technical Leadership: Facilitate architecture reviews, evaluate the technical feasibility of AI solutions, and track engineering constraints, technical debt, and data pipeline health.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across Data Science, Software Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure clear communication and unblock technical bottlenecks.
Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify technical risks, data governance hurdles, AI ethics guidelines, and compliance checkpoints throughout the model deployment process.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex machine learning concepts, metrics (e.g., model drift, accuracy thresholds), and delivery constraints into clear business impacts for executive leadership.
Process Optimization: Establish agile best practices, release readiness checklists, and post-launch reviews to scale the organization's AI capability.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software/ML Engineer managing complex technical product or infrastructure deliveries.
AI/ML Literacy: Solid foundational understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data ingestion pipelines, model training/evaluation, and GPU/compute resource allocation.
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern program tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or Linear.
Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
