Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
Team Management: Direct, mentor, and supervise the accounting team and staff.
Budgeting: Help create budgets, track expenses, and analyze cost differences.
Tax and Compliance: File tax returns and follow local financial laws.
Internal Controls: Review daily journal entries, approve payments, and manage audits.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of corporate accounting and management experience.
Skills: Expert knowledge of GAAP or IFRS, tax rules, and accounting software like QuickBooks.
