Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Drawing Management: Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and fabrication details across architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines. 
Document & Submittal Control: Manage material submittals, technical queries, and Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve design conflicts with consultants and clients.
Quantity Surveying & BOQ: Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct quantity take-offs, and review subcontractor invoices or valuations. 
Compliance & Planning: Assist in drafting method statements, monitor project schedules, and ensure all site execution aligns with contract specifications and building codes. 
Qualifications & Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Typically 10 to 12 years of experience in a construction technical office environment.
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
Communication: Excellent coordination and negotiation skills to act as the primary link between site execution teams and off-site consultants.
