Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Customer Discovery: Join sales calls to listen to client problems and gather technical requirements.
Demos & Proof of Concept (PoC): Run product demonstrations, build trial setups, and show how the product solves specific client challenges.
Proposals & RFPs: Write technical content, outline system designs, and answer Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Cross-Team Coordination: Work with product and delivery teams to check if custom client requests are possible before closing the sale.
Market Learning: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor updates, and new product features. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates or entry-level technical support/internships are often accepted).
 
Core Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain technical ideas clearly.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or SaaS architecture.
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
