Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of IT engineers, delegating tasks and providing career development coaching.
System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, cloud services, and hardware to ensure high availability.
Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce IT security policies, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity against emerging threats.
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT budgets, hardware/software procurement, and external vendor relationships.
Incident & Risk Management: Lead troubleshooting efforts for major incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and maintain disaster recovery (DR) architectures.

Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in network/system administration (e.g., Cisco, Windows Server, Linux), virtualization (e.g., VMware), and cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-departmental communication skills.
