Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and train a team of maintenance technicians, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing specialists.
• Maintenance Programs: Oversee both Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to prevent failures and Corrective Maintenance to fix urgent breakdowns.
• Technical Oversight: Inspect building systems regularly—including lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and lifts—to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain 100% adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards (such as OSHA) and ensure all fire safety and emergency systems are functional.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and specialized vendors for tasks that cannot be handled in-house, such as major equipment overhauls.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed maintenance reports, track work orders via software (like a CMMS), and report performance to senior management.
