Job Description:

• Human Resources Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
• Administrative Functions: Supervise office facility management, including housekeeping, security services, cafeteria, and vendor management.
• Payroll & Compliance: Handle salary processing, time office management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act).
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and facilitate internal communication.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and ensure data integrity using HRIS software. 
   

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a similar HR & Administration role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and statutory regulations.
