Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Oversee the daily installation, erection, and assembly of mechanical equipment and piping to ensure adherence to approved design drawings.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular quality inspections, verify material test certificates, and ensure works meet safety and health regulations.
Technical Coordination: Review mechanical layouts, resolve technical or structural issues on-site, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
Testing & Commissioning: Develop system testing methods, monitor performance, and finalize system handovers including as-built drawings and warranties.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs, inspection reports, progress tracking, and material submittals.

Core Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
Experience: Typically 3+ to 10+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical site engineering or building construction.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical systems (such as HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, resource estimation, troubleshooting, and cross-team communication skills.
