Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage customer service representatives or technical staff. Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and mentor employees.
- Customer Support & Escalations: Handle complex or high-priority customer complaints and escalations quickly and professionally.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate service metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate), analyze feedback, and introduce strategies to optimize service delivery.
Budgeting & Administration: Assist in managing the service department's budget, track inventory, process orders, and generate reports for senior management.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, service management, or a relevant industry role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and upper management.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced or challenging environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution abilities.
