Job Description:

• Incident & Problem Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues through ticketing systems, phone, or email to restore services quickly.
• Infrastructure Management: Monitor system performance, deploy releases, and perform upgrades or preventative maintenance for hardware/software.
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure service reliability meets or exceeds defined customer SLAs and performance standards.
• Client Relationship & Reporting: Act as a technical liaison, delivering reports on infrastructure changes, outages, and project progress.
• Process Improvement: Identify root causes of issues, develop troubleshooting documentation, and improve processes. 
   

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in IT operations, with proficiency in areas like virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), infrastructure monitoring, or specific SaaS tools.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical issues to customers.
• Customer Centricity: Strong focus on customer experience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
