Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales professionals to improve productivity and performance.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track progress against budgets, and report findings to senior management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior sales or leadership role, often with 4+ years of experience.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
