Job Description:

• Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure favorable terms, analyze market trends, and reduce purchasing costs.
• Supplier Management: Maintain a database of preferred vendors, evaluate performance (quality, price, delivery time), and negotiate contracts.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand to optimize stock holding, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements.
• Operational Purchasing: Prepare and process purchase orders, review requisitions, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare procurement reports for management, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead or support procurement staff to ensure high performance. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 2–8 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain roles.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel), analytical skills, and excellent communication.
