Job Description:
Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Plan end-to-end IT programs, set milestones, control project scope, and ensure on-time delivery.
Financial & Resource Management: Oversee departmental or project budgets, track financial performance, and allocate team resources efficiently.
Risk & Quality Control: Identify technical roadblocks, execute mitigation plans, and maintain high quality standards.
Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior project managers, lead technical teams, and run decision-oriented stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Methodologies: Certified expertise in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tracking software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
