Responsibilities

Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and talent management, including succession planning and career development programs.
Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and review HR policies ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and retention initiatives to maintain a productive, compliant work environment.
Performance & Compensation: Facilitate performance appraisals, competency mapping, and manage payroll/attendance systems.
Strategic Support: Advise managers on complex HR matters and align HR strategies with overall organizational objectives.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS databases, and handle sensitive, confidential information.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR role, often requiring prior experience in a senior or specialized capacity.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
