• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ledger Maintenance: Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and allocations.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform complex balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze budget-to-actual deviations to optimize corporate costs.
• Audit Support: Coordinate documentation for internal and external auditors.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax returns and ensure legal compliance.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior accountants.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Certifications: Preferred CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) credentials.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced understanding of GAAP or IFRS frameworks.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
