Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve company goals.

- Performance Management: Establish sales quotas, KPIs, and metrics; track performance and provide regular, actionable feedback.
Market Analysis: Monitor customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Operational Optimization: Oversee sales operations, including CRM usage, sales forecasting, and budget management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 10+ years) in sales, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
