Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. 
  • Client Consultation: Assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations or proposals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Address objections, negotiate pricing/contracts, and close deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals. 
Pipeline Management: Track and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales data using a CRM software. 
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Resilience: The drive to persist through rejection and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Relationship Building: High emotional intelligence to quickly establish trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and business automation tools.
