Job Description:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial sectors, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, and consultants.
• Technical Consultation: Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to analyze client wastewater and fluid characteristics.
• Solution Engineering: Design, estimate, and size treatment systems, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), and Membrane Bioreactors (MBR). 
• Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare technically compliant and commercially viable proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and tender responses. 
• Sales Cycle Management: Present product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contract margins, and manage deals from lead generation to order closure. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal design, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure deliverables align with customer specifications. 
• Account Management: Maintain existing client accounts, offer troubleshooting advice, and upsell treatment chemicals or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Typically 2 to 6 years of technical B2B sales experience specifically in capital equipment, water treatment plants, or wastewater technologies.
• Process Knowledge: Practical understanding of mass balance calculations, P&IDs, hydraulics, pumps, blowers, and water chemistry.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic AutoCAD mapping tools is highly preferred.
