Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Order Processing & Tracking: Manage the end-to-end order cycle, from drafting quotations and issuing invoices to tracking delivery timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product information requests, and complaint resolution via phone and email.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer and opportunity records within internal CRM systems.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular sales performance reports, manage team schedules, and assist in assembling pitch decks and presentation materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Accounts for payment follow-ups and the warehouse or logistics teams to ensure prompt product dispatch. 
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Tech Proficiency: High-level competence in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience using CRM platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
