Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Order & Contract Management: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and maintain organized digital filing systems for client contracts.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering product questions, updating delivery timelines, and resolving complaints. 
  • Sales Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports for leadership. 
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse, finance, and marketing departments to ensure timely product dispatch and payment tracking.
Administrative Support: Schedule sales meetings, manage calendars, and assist with the preparation of sales presentations and pitch decks. 
Essential Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is generally preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially advanced MS Excel features like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and CRM software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to comfortably liaise with clients and teammates.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
