Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Executing online, email, and phone sales, including invoicing and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintaining accurate client information, updating records, and managing the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Sales Support: Preparing proposals, contracts, and quotes for sales representatives.
Customer Service: Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and feedback.
Internal Coordination: Collaborating with logistics, finance, and marketing departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous work experience as a Sales Administrator or in a sales support role.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
