Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Service: Actively greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a positive, satisfying shopping experience.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Proactively working to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintaining deep knowledge of products to answer questions, demonstrate features, and effectively cross-sell or up-sell items.
Store Operations & Merchandising: Ensuring the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Creating attractive, compliant visual displays.
Transaction Management: Efficiently handling payments via Point of Sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit, and digital transactions.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting inventory discrepancies or shortages.
Customer Feedback & Reporting: Gathering customer feedback to share with management and maintaining accurate sales records.
Relationship Building: Fostering loyalty to encourage repeat business.
