Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and provide expert product knowledge to customers to drive sales.
- Sales Target Achievement: Actively work to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, promotions, and special offers.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing.
- Transactions & Operations: Handle cash/card transactions via POS systems, returns, and inventory receiving.
- Customer Relationship Management: Resolve complaints promptly and build rapport to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (0-3 years).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic math skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
