Job Description:

• Strategic Growth & Sales: Develop and execute yearly retail plans, budgets, and commercial targets to drive profit and sales performance.
• Retail Operations: Oversee boutique operations, including inventory flow, visual merchandising standards, and new openings or renovations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor retail teams, including Boutique Managers, ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Client & Brand Management: Build relationships with luxury clients, manage VIP clients, and ensure brand equity is maintained with brand owners.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for market expansion. 
   

• Experience: Previous experience as a Retail Director or senior manager in luxury retail, preferably overseeing multiple sites within Saudi Arabia.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams.
• Skills: Strong analytical and commercial skills to manage P&L, along with excellent communication skills.
