Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and actively pitch tailored financial or company products. Meet or exceed specific monthly sales and product disbursement quotas.
Customer Support & Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, handle customer complaints promptly, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Compliance & Documentation: Assist clients with application and documentation processes while strictly adhering to data security, KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and risk guidelines.
Market Analysis: Gather client feedback and analyze customer data to help the business improve its retention and upselling strategies.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 3+ years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or the financial/banking sector.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, "customer-first" attitude.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with modern CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and basic office suites.
Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to manage complex issues and operate in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
