Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales & Cross-selling: Identify customer needs and pitch tailored services to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Query Resolution: Address client complaints, transaction discrepancies, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Guide new customers through the onboarding process while ensuring strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
- Record Keeping: Log all client interactions, transactions, and feedback into CRM systems.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0-3+ years in customer service, sales, or financial advisory.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and empathetic problem-solving abilities.
