Job Description:

• Patient Monitoring: Track, record, and evaluate vital signs, symptoms, and overall recovery progress during a hospital stay.
• Medication Administration: Dispense oral medications, administer injections, and manage intravenous (IV) fluids as dictated by physician orders.
• Clinical Collaboration: Assist doctors during daily ward rounds, execute specified treatment updates, and coordinate with pharmacies, labs, and surgical teams.
• Care Documentation: Maintain rigorous, legally compliant, and accurate electronic healthcare records and ensure thorough handovers between shifts.
• Discharge Planning: Educate patients and families on post-hospital self-care, outline medication instructions, and schedule follow-up appointments.

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the relevant state or national nursing council.
• Skills: Acute clinical judgment, crisis management, emergency handling, and empathetic bedside communication.
