Job Description:

• Strategic Growth & P&L: Own the regional P&L, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve growth, new logo acquisition, and market leadership in APAC.
• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor regional sales and operational teams, setting performance goals and coaching for success.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities, customizing global strategies for local APAC market nuances.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business initiatives.
• Operations & Finance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ensure operational excellence in sales processes, distribution channels, and project delivery.
• Market Expansion: Drive business expansion and diversify business lines to meet long-term objectives. 

• Experience: 10-15+ years in senior business leadership, sales, or regional management roles, ideally in technology, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the APAC market landscape, cultural nuances, and business regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven capability to lead large teams, influence at a senior level, and drive change initiatives.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, often requiring fluency in English and, at times, Mandarin or other regional languages.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to use data for decision-making.
