Job Description:

• Sourcing Strategy: Identify and engage potential applicants using job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and professional networks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to draft precise job descriptions and establish specific qualification criteria.
• Candidate Screening: Evaluate incoming resumes, portfolios, and applications to create highly qualified shortlists.
• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person behavioral interviews to assess skill alignment and cultural fit.
• Process Management: Coordinate and schedule subsequent assessment rounds and panel interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
• Offer Formulation: Extend official job offers, negotiate salary packages, and execute background or reference checks.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate initial orientation programs and handle preliminary hiring paperwork for seamless integration.
• Data & Metrics: Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) integrity and report on critical recruitment data like time-to-hire and source quality.
• Talent Pipeline: Attend university career days and local job fairs to nurture long-term databases for future staffing needs. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing.
• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with modern recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Communication: Strong active listening, negotiation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Compliance: Solid understanding of local employment laws and fair hiring best practices.
• Time Management: Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive hiring pipelines in fast-paced environments.
