Responsibilities

Project Management: Track project timelines, manage budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate project benchmarks.
Mechanical Design: Produce outline and detailed blueprint designs using CAD software, ensuring specifications are technically fit for purpose.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee prototype fabrication, test theoretical designs, analyze performance data, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Define equipment needs from external suppliers, evaluate quotes, and conduct site assessments with contractors and clients.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing and engineering processes comply with state and national health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of related experience in industrial design, manufacturing, or construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), project management platforms (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team coordination, risk assessment, and communication skills.
