Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Handle spare parts requests (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil) as well as new project requests.
- Supervise the administration of short- and long-term contracts throughout their duration.
- Keep abreast of changes in international procurement trends.
- Serve as the lead negotiator for technical or professional services, which may involve extensive subcontracting.
- Maintain Procurement Division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
- Collect official offers, assist in evaluating bids and supplier dependability, and meet with commercial representatives.

Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts and projects for cement manufacturing plants.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable and recognized university is required (Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial , etc.)

Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
- SAP system experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills .
- Strong communication skills.

Language Proficiency:- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
