Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing: Search for new vendors and evaluate them based on price, quality, and delivery times.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices, quantities, and contract terms with suppliers.
Vendor Management: Build strong relationships and track performance to make sure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
Purchase Orders: Manage the full purchasing process, from requests for quotes (RFQs) to final purchase orders and invoices.
Market Analysis: Study industry trends and monitor market prices to find ways to lower costs.
Policy Compliance: Make sure all purchases follow company rules, legal guidelines, and ethical standards. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 or more years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or inventory control.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and software like SAP, Oracle, or Indeed Job Description systems.
Communication: Strong negotiation, verbal, and written skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
Analytical Skills: Good with numbers and data analysis to compare vendor quotes and manage budgets.
